Account Management
3.1 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account, including in cases of unauthorized access by a third party.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure secure and transparent service, vip1777 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) documents at any time. A copy of your national identity card or passport, mobile number verification, and proof of financial transactions may be requested. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account may be marked as inactive if there is no activity over an extended period. To reactivate an inactive account, you will need to contact the support team and may be required to verify your identity again.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
vip1777 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Once a deposit is successfully credited to your account, it can be used for betting or gaming.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes. KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.
4.3 Important Transaction Information
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagering). The bonus may never be treated as direct cash.
5.2 Terms for Other Bonuses
Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria. For example, the weekly vip1777 reward bonus offers up to 50% of the deposit amount, with a maximum of ৳5,000, and a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus. Reading the relevant terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
vip1777 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if any attempt is made to abuse or manipulate the bonus system. Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device claiming bonuses will be considered abuse.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet is finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical error, incorrect odds display, or evidence of match-fixing is found, vip1777 reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the stake or void the entire wager. A bet accepted before odds change will be settled at the odds at the time of acceptance.
6.2 Game Results and Disputes
All game results are determined by auditable software. If you have an objection to a result, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the result being announced. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted.
6.3 Live Casino and Slots
Results for live casino games and slot games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game operates entirely independently, and previous results have no effect on future results.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on vip1777 and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Match-fixing or manipulating the outcome of any event.
- Placing bets using software bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence.
- Placing bets from another person's account or acting on their behalf.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or harassment toward other members.
- Operating an account using a false identity or fake documents.
Privacy and Data

Information provided at registration is used for service delivery, identity verification, and security purposes. Information is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

Service Suspension or Termination
vip1777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

- Evidence of using a false identity or fake documents.
- As directed by a court or legal authority.
- At the member's own request to close the account.
If an account is closed, you may contact the vip1777 support team regarding the return of any valid balance (excluding bonuses). In cases of a Terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
vip1777 is not liable for losses arising from the following:
- A bet not being settled due to an internet connection failure.
- A transaction failing due to a problem with the member's device or software.
- Unauthorised access to an account by a third party.
- Any unforeseen event outside vip1777's control.
